The registration fee for delegates includes:
Admission to the Scientific Sessions and to the Workshops, Lunch & Coffee Break from Friday, March 25 to Tuesday, March 29, Congress Kit, all Social Activities (Welcome Cocktail, Farewell Dinner and Sunday Activity), CME credits
HOW TO REGISTER
Those who wish to participate in the Course are requested to register directly online.
Please note that AFTER March 14, 2011 registration will be possible only contacting the Secretariat directly by e-mail (ecnrcourse@aimgroup.eu)
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
A confirmation letter and the invoice for the Course will be sent only after receiving official confirmation of full payment. Registration fee must be paid in advance as follows:
· credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express)
· bank transfer
Please refer to ECNR/name of the participant and send copy of the bank transfer together with registration.
Very important: the registration is valid only if the copy of bank transfer is sent within one week from the payment by fax (+39 02 56609045) or by e-mail (ecnrcourse@aimgroup.eu)
FEE CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
A reimbursement of 50% will be paid for cancellations received in writing by the Organizing Secretariat before March 1, 2011. Cancellations received after March 1 do not entitle to any reimbursement; Please note that if you cancel after the deadline asking to be registered to the next course 30% will be kept by the secretariat as expenses.
All refunds will be made after the course.
INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA REQUIREMENTS
Please write to the Organizing Secretariat in order to receive copy of your visa letter.
