ROME CITY TAX – IMPORTANT

Starting from 01 January 2011, Rome City Council will introduce a city tax for tourists staying overnight in Rome.
Tourists will have to pay the levy upon check out in addition to the hotel bill as follows:

• Euro 3,00 per person per night for guests staying at 4 and 5-star hotels.
• Euro 2,00 per person per night for guests staying at all other types of accommodation. (The Tax of Euro 2,00 will be valid for BB, Pensions, Hostels, ect…. Also)
• The tax will be charged up to a maximum of 10 nights per stay.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

Each participant must guarantee accommodation by credit card  and  will settle the bill entirely with the Hotel directly at the check out.

CANCELLATION

Alterations to your registration will only be accepted if addressed in writing to the Organizing Secretariat before the deadline above indicated. Regretfully, cancellations after the deadline will not be entitle to any refund.
